The Perfect Tenant program is a home buying program geared towards a potential homeowner that may need a little help.

With our Perfect Tenant program, we work with you and our credit specialist to get you into the home of your dreams. This is how it works: we require you to place a "down payment" on the home you are going to move into, you then Lease to Own your home for a period of up to three years. We discuss in advance and in writing, the purchase price of your home and when you will claim your Purchase Option. You will pay a monthly lease payment that is in balance with rents in your neighborhood. At the end of your lease, you will have substantial equity in your home. If you have maintained your excellent credit, or have followed our instructions on how to significantly improve your credit report and FICO scores, you WILL qualify for a new mortgage (working with our lenders) and own your OWN home.
